This is the course offered by Brahma Kumaris Sweden online. The full course consists of seven one-hour lessons:
 
Mondays and Thursdays: 13, 16, 20, 23, 27, 30 July and 3 August

Raja Yoga meditation offers practical tools to help you understand your mind, reduce stress, and cultivate lasting inner peace. Rather than trying to empty your mind, you will learn how to consciously direct your thoughts and use your mind in the most effective way.
 
During the course, you will learn how to:

strengthen your concentration and emotional well-being
understand your own patterns of thinking and behaviour
